Unlike accounts linked to Google or Apple, a guest account stores game information on the device you are using. Therefore, if you uninstall the Meta Toy Dragons Saga app, clear cache/data, reset your device, or make any changes, all game information will be deleted. Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, making it challenging for our customer support to assist.
If you are currently using a guest account, we strongly recommend linking your account to Google or Apple for the protection of your valuable account.
■ How to Link Account (Guest Account)
- Log in to the game.
- Go to the settings in the upper right corner.
- In the [Account] tab, link your account to Google or Apple.
