In Meta Toy DragonZ SAGA, each dragon possesses unique skills that deliver a variety of effects, such as enemy attacks, enemy displacement, debuffs, and ally buffs.
Since skills are used automatically during battle, there may be times when they do not hit the intended target due to the flow of combat, or when the timing is off, preventing them from delivering their full effect.
Therefore, it’s important to consider the skill activation order, target selection, and cooldown intervals together when building your team.
Below are the basic categories of skill effects:
| Effect | Description |
|---|---|
| Damage | Deals heavy damage to the enemy. |
| Knockback | Pushes the enemy backward, temporarily displacing them. |
| Launch | Lifts the enemy into the air. |
| Pull | Draws the enemy to a specific location. |
| Buff | Grants beneficial effects to allies. |
| Buff Removal | Removes buffs granted to enemies. |
| Debuff | Inflicts harmful effects on enemies. |
| Debuff Removal | Removes debuffs inflicted on allies. |
| Immunity | Grants immunity to crowd control effects such as knockback, launch, and pull. |
| Stun | Temporarily stuns the enemy, rendering them unable to act. |
| DoT (Damage over Time) | Deals continuous damage to the enemy over a set period of time. |
| DoT Removal | Removes DoT effects from allies. |
| Taunt | Provokes enemies within a certain range, forcing them to attack you. |
| Taunt Removal | Cancels the taunt effect on an ally, returning them to normal. |
| Shield | Grants an ally a protective barrier for a set period of time; HP will not be reduced until the shield is removed. |
| Shield Removal | Instantly removes the shield granted to an enemy. |
You can view detailed information about a dragon’s skills in that dragon’s information window.
Alongside the dragon’s level, the skills the dragon uses can also be leveled up.
A dragon’s skills can be upgraded in proportion to its level, and as a skill’s level increases, its effects become stronger.
To raise a skill’s level, you’ll need a special item called the Skill Enhancement Tome, and the type of tome required will vary depending on the skill’s current level.
There are three types of skill tomes in total, and they can be obtained through the Day Dungeon.
